Oh no this is far too difficult to choose only one, when it contains my all time favorites DITD, HML and Scheiße. Venus too would have had great music video potential. But out of these all, I'd think commercially DITD would have slayed the most.

Definitely!  DITD would've slayed lives and would've made Gaga an even bigger star in 2010.

I love your user name and your avi!!!  :flutter:   Also, welcome to GGD!!   :D

I don't care what you think about unless it is about me.

Many people know this song in Belgium. Maybe it was a single in Belgium too

It had airplay in some european countries like Slovakia, France and Belgium. Interscope probably tested it to make sure it would be a good single. I think it did good with that little airplay it had, it was #24 in Australia, #30 on the French Digital Sales chart and #6 on the Slovakian Airplay Chart. Gaga once explained in an interview that DITD and Monster didnt become singles, because she wouldnt had time to promote them unfortunately. I can try and find the interview if you want it. Not many people know, but Monster was also sent to radios in New Zealand and peaked #29 on their chart.

I've been here since the very beginning and didn't know that about BDR but it all makes sense now

Monster & Hair would have been great also. I know Hair was a promo type single.

Fun fact: Interscope chose Dance in the Dark as a single, but Gaga fought very hard against it because she did not want to have that song as a single under any circumstance. She had previously stated that Alejandro was her favorite song from The Fame Monster (along with Speechless). Also a former friend of mine used to work at the Interscope division in Hungary and he said, that Gaga had shot a video for Boys, Boys, Boys and that Interscope may or may not release it for a 20 year anniversay of "The Fame" or as a part of a Best Of compilation once she has died.

Interesting info! Actually I cannot imagine the era without Alejandro, the song was everywhere and still is on the radio a lot! Do you or anyone here know why only 3 music videos and proper singles where chosen from TFM era? There could have been a lot more... Or is it because it was considered an EP rather than a studio album...?

We know why there were no more singles, Monster would have been the fourth single, but after Alejandro's performance they did not feel secure in the song being a major hit and therefore they did not release it. They did not want to risk adding a flop to her name.

I love Scheiße to death so I'd choose that, also HML was setup to be the 5th single in early 2012 but was cancelled when MTN failed to be a top 5 hit, if it had they would've went ahead with it

This is why I'm sad MTN flopped :(

Just imagine a HML music video....

Didn't Gaga tell many fans backstage she wanted Aura as the lead single but interscope wouldn't let her :neyde:

By the time you reach the end of this sentence, it'll be too late to realize I just wasted your time with a pointless sig.

I love Venus Swine Scheibe and HML & I feel like the monsters would love it but the GP probably wouldn't like them...

I feel like some songs that we don't like would have higher success as singles, like Sexxx Dreams.

I still to this day know dance in the dark would have made gaga even more popular than she already was back than. That beat just slays

I know it's kinda off topic but I had always wanted Hair to be a single. That song is just something else to me.
