Great. Let's get more people in suits involved so now ****ing McDonald's and Burger King can have an influence on the artist. Totally great. Sounds like a really well thought out plan. 

Side Note: If ARTPOP would have been available for free, I wonder how many people would have downloaded it? 

Definitely a million worldwide, like what happened with Anti, especially if Apple threw in a couple of months no-strings attached free of their streaming service.

If Adele had made this offer to corporations, she would have made a few hundred million and gone Diamond in 24 hours. It still would have been a claim that couldn't be compared to her last album or to others who have reached multi-platinum statuses with album sales to individual music consumers.

Adele has no need to do this. She has a buying audience to get her to platinum.
