The whole thing started with these Instagram photos

So Buzzfeed did this to some other celebrities and this is what they got:

 

The first category are celebrities with perfectly symmetrical faces A.K.A. “The Plastics.”

The second category are the “thick heads.” These people have thick… heads.

The first model's face is symmetrical because it is mirrored and copied, a lot of Magazines do that.
