My feelings about this don't even have anything to do with the Linda Perry situation, either. LG5 is the most important album of her career since her debut. Having a cowriter on even one song will be the excuse people need to say she isn't great on her own. Which isn't true. At all. This further proves my point, though, that this album will not be full of bops and dance classics. Elton John was right! Her version of 'Tapestry' is comin'. I have faith in their work and I believe LG5 will be amazing, and well received critically.
