I can't get the link to work. Why?

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

Can somebody tell me who did she want to see nominated at the Oscars? Who did everyone want to see? Wiz Khalifa? That's all?

okay but like, I feel like this is wrong; it feels like a kneejerk reaction. you want peace, love, and togetherness, but you are promoting a split. I don't agree with this for some reason

Amazing. I'm so glad someone with such power in the industry is spearheading this movement. :applause:

what movement though, I'm missing a piece of the info. it seems to be run and make our own stuff somewhere else because we aren't getting undeserved attention.

This isn't about WK, this is about people of color who were deserving an academy recognition but got subbed, actors like Michael B. Jordan, John Boyega and Samuel L. Jackson just to name few. And a lot of great movies were snubbed too.

John Boyega, no. Sam Jackson, sure. I haven't seen Creed, so I cannot comment.

Same. It's headed to the place were we will have two academy awards for different races.....like, the goal is to unify, not promote separation. But I do agree with what she said. Demanding recognition destroys dignity.

I don't see anything special about Boyega's performance, what if there were just better actors?

Samuel L. Jackson wasn't standing out too, not the way DiCarpio and Redmayne are. Don't know about B. Jordan
