I don't think she will win the Oscar. but the Hollywood Foreign press association are a group of highly respected PROFESSIONALS who viewed her entire performance and rewarded her for it. Also these little twitter boppers that said she didn't deserve it are in the minority. Many outlets predicted her winning the award. It can't be a curve ball when everyone basically predicted her win. but no matter the haters and the nah sayers she is sitting pretty with her golden globe and no one can take that away from her. Hollywood Life predicted Kirsten Dunst Vanity Fair predicted Kirsten Dunst Vox said Kirsten Dunst deserved the award the most, but the GG would probably give it to Gaga NY Daily News said Queen Latifah deserved it, but the HFPA would look better if they gave it to Gaga. While I haven't watched any of the other shows nominated, I know Gaga probably wasn't the clear winner in anyone's eyes. I hope the other award shows are more impartial. Your "right choices" will be completely different from what other consider to be the "right choices". Gaga won, just like all the other actors who were awarded for their acting last night. For an award that is "bought", we sure saw a ton of seasoned actors VERY excited over their award last night. This wasn't like the teen choice awards, where the award receipients treat it almost like a joke. Those actors were thrilled and humbled that they were nominated and that they won!
