She didn't perform any new song but she announced the title of her new album while singing some verses of born this way. A few months later she dropped "born this way", the hype was insane and the song smashed. Grammy's 2016: She won't perform any new song, she promises to shock the world with something innovative that the world has never seen before. Do you guys think that Gaga is following the same pattern as she did back in 2010 with the meat dress so that she could shock the whole world and create huge hype and anticipation for her new album? We all know that the media praised her during the last year but she needs to win the GP back and create some hype for her upcoming album release and the intel project could be the ideal way to grab some worldwide attention. In order to shock someone you have to surprise them and not to tell them "I will shock you with something that has never been done before. She did the same thing with volantis, she created hype and we all know how that worked in the end. Her Oscars' performance and the meat dress both shocked the world while she never created hype about these performances. She didn't tell us "Just wait and see what i'm gonna wear at the vmas" or "how i'm gonna impress you with my vocals at the Oscars" and that's why she shocked everyone because nobody saw these things coming unlike volantis and the intel project. Everyone started referring to her as the woman in the meat dress and I somehow couldn't help but feel as though her talent was being completely overshadowed by what people thought was a meaningless gimmick. I'm hoping for something better. I have no idea nor any interest in how the public will react this time, to be honest. Holograms have already been used in music, but I hope they'll manage to create a whole new experience. There are just too many scenarios, I'm just too excited right now and I don't really want to, because expactations can easily turn into disappointment But I'm only a man and I do what I can.
