DrewStevens 5,249
Mess at all the people thinking they are going to take your guns away or that you are not going to be able to get one. Even with a stricter gun control people who are mentally stable and responsible are going to be able to own and get a gun. You don't need assault weapons to defend yourself from a robber or a sicko at the movie theater (who is probably going to kill you before you even load your gun). It's certain people that want gun control so they can tax it more and add more beauracracy. The people against this bill understand putting massive restrictions on gun control makes an even bigger cluster****. I never said that is what trump said. I said he is using that tactic. Just like 99% of rebulicans do, use scare tattics and false assumptions. Remember Bush and his "weapons of mass destruction". Btw How are you going to say "that's not what was said at all" but at the same time trump is the one who is using scare tactics and assumptions. Barack never said he was going after guns. Btw more gun restrictions are needed, what's more of a cluster**** is having to bury hundreds of people from gun violence. I guess the convenience of not having to jump through a little more hoops to get a gun isn't worth those lives. I mean people get background checks for jobs so why the hell not for a gun. Either way I will blame the republicans. If they didn't give the world a reason to blame them maybe we would stop. But as long as they have candidates like Bush, trump and palin, come on their just asking for it.

But I will not stand by any candidate being called a name, being told to go to hell, or being lied on. I don't think that is fair because I wouldn't want to be treated that way so I won't treat any candidate that way. Good luck, and get some class. Otherwise, ignore my posts. P.S. I am PROUD to be different. No offense but shut up. Trump calls names, tells people to go to hell, and consistently lies about everything. Some times it's just better to stay quiet rather than defend someone like that for no reason at all when they aren't in actual danger of being lynched. You're not proud of being different. You're proud of the attention you're receiving. It's kinda transparent. Edited just now by LebaneseDude.
Kayla 7,595
The lack of integrity this man has for a fair fight is astounding. He also threatened that Sanders wanted to tax people at 90%. He just makes up facts and numbers, uses logical fallacies, and creates hyperboles of the things he disagrees with to inspire others to be fearful. I get that all Presidential candidates are dishonest to a certain point, but Trump is parading dishonesty as someone who is being unfiltered and upfront. Also, Texas and Florida are relaxed on gun laws and have the lowest violent crime rates in decades. Whoa there buddy, you just made sense! I think making sense and using ration are against the forum rules or something, particularly when it comes to Trump threads. Careful!

So be respectful of others and not a little whiney brat. And you didn't hurt my feelings. I'm just pointing out the hypocrisy and bias on this site when it comes to the moderators. If someone told a Clinton/Sanders/socialist supporter to "shut up", they'd be slapped with two warning points for being disrespectful and probably flame bait. But your right I guess. Let's let Obama take away all of our guns and make American a progressive happy-fun-playland and everything will be better and there will be no crime and there will be a Whole Foods in every town in America and we'll all eat organic free-range kale until the end of days and no one will have to work or worry about getting into college because it'll all be free! Yay! Where am I saying that Trump is wrong again? It's my opinion, but I haven't said anything about his policies in this thread. I merely pointed out the truth. He's called people names, said several expletives on live television, and has consistently lied throughout his campaign earning him upwards of 76% of lie to statement ratio, the most recent one being using Moroccan border refugees in his video while claiming that these are Mexicans. Also what are you even saying in your third paragraph? How is this relevant to free speech? In any case, Obama isn't taking away people's guns. Prohibition does not work, as most Americans know. What's being planned is an increase in background checks for those who buy guns, as well as a law requiring gun sellers to notify the government if they had any lost or stolen firearms. How does this process as "taking away all our guns"? Some people should not carry guns, and law enforcement should be aware of potentially illegally obtained weaponry in the area. I see why you're defending Trump now. You're resorting to hyperbole to a remarkable degree. That's his favorite tactic. Edited just now by LebaneseDude.
