I think the chorus and the verse could have been separated and created two pretty good songs, but I also think the two balance each other really nicely and it works well with the rest of the album. The rest is way too pop disco and I don't like the lyrics. also, I don't think thats a real guitar... sounds like a synth "electric guitar" patch or a keyboard sound though distortion to me.
