For starters, same-sex relationships are between two consenting adults, each with enough sense and life experiences to understand the potential risks and dangers (e.g. sexually transmitted diseases, etc.) before participating in a sexual activity. Pedophilia is the complete opposite. It's an abusive act usually done without consent, where the older person preys on the other who doesn't have that same intuition and life experiences to offer true consent ... Most pedophiles aren't into kiddy p0rn because of "love". They are the way they are because they get off off of power, much like rape and murder. 

Also, this era of acceptance is of healthy, reciprocating love, not selfish, conniving "love". Nobody's accepting rape or murder, much like they aren't accepting pedophilia. I don't understand how you would choose to defend a man who gets off of robbing a child's innocence and joys of being just a child instead of the children who were affected themselves, but then again he's pretty and somewhat famous, so he gets a pass, right?

I agree, I know a few people who struggle with this sort of thing, iv'e known them for a very long time and they don't seem like the type that would intentionally harm children. As a victim of sexual child abuse, personally all I can say is they don't need to be thrown in a cell for a thousand years but looked into getting the help they need. I just don't understand how the LGBT community could be traced into relation of struggling with a form of pedophilia though.

im not talking about raping a child. This man did not rape a child. If you have sex with someone who doesn't understand what you're doing, that is unforgivable.
