Maybe not those numbers, but honestly, I wouldn't want her to have a massive opening week and then everybody forget about the album. It had a heaviest promo of her all albums + all the drama around Gaga at the time, do you even remember that KIA commercial with Applause (it's was on the TV all the time, at least in EU), then the Muppets, all the TV shows had Gaga hosting, she travelled a lot - Japan, UK, Germany etc... Remember XFactor performance, artRAVE on Vevo, Apple promoting Applause on their new iPhone at the time and I can go on - it wasn't lasting for two months, it lasted for a long time ARTPOP is a great album but it's not meant for GP, but it could've end up as a success if there were singles off of the album out there C2C isn't a side project for Gaga, she said it herself and I coudn't be more satisfied with the fact Gaga is now more appealing to mature audience Shameless selfpromo Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
