I altered the audio in a separate program and its her tone and everything--right down to the weird pronunciations at times. 0:35 "I'm gonna love myself good" ?.. 0:56 "Am I goin about that right? I am not going to cry." 1:08 "I thought love was enough?" What if she is reflecting on ARTPOP or the destruction of a celebrity...that would fit what Sire is about..?
