I'm quite impressed with Sam's and Ed's albums being no.3 and 4, and they were released in the first half of 2014. Quite an accomlpishment to have such longevity (Taylor as well ofc). And considering Ed's exposure on the US scene with Multiply I can project really big numbers for him next autumn when album 3 drops. Looking at the list, though. If we exclude the two titans Adele and Taylor, we have a very pop girl-less list. Tbh 2014 and 2015 have been all about the indie and the less popular artists. But 2016 is definitely the year that will top or at least match 2011 in pop. Like we have Rihanna, Gaga, Katy, Beyoncé. Basically The Fantastic 4 returns.
