Madonna's son forced to spend Christmas with her by court

As stated on the news, the judge ordered Rocco to return to his mother to speak personally with her about his wishes to stay with his father. That's it. He is not being forced to spend Christmas with his mother. That's the negative spin being put on the story by the media. Guy Ritchie's laywer on the other hand said that Guy was preventing Rocco from returning, so there is definitely something not right here. After the divorce, Guy always was horrible to Madonna, getting over 100 million dollars from her, the property she bought, and then getting married again in that same property.

 

This is not easy for any of the parts involved, so seeing people making assumptions about a personal family situation, judging Madonna as a mother is just wrong. No one knows what really goes on in people personal lives. If you follow Madonna's career, you know her family was/is always in first place.

 

I don't believe she will ever force Rocco to stay with her. She will be distraught - just look what happened when Lola left to University - and have her feelings hurt, but she will never go against her son's wishes.

 

I feel really sorry for everyone involved. This is stuff that no family should go through, specially with the world watching, judging and criticising.

Right but it would mean he would miss Christmas with his dad. Guy probably won't let him return until after Christmas Day. Maybe even after New Years. She is forcing him to spend the holiday with her and not his dad. Its Christmas Eve. This isn't happening last week or next week it's happening Christmas Eve.

This is sad, but probably over dramatized by tabloid. It could also be a case of teenager acting out for whatever reason. Maybe Rocco wants to be a rap superstar or Whatever and M forbid it or just partying or whatever. Then he goes to his dad IF he would give him what he wants. In other words, basic divorce chid behaviour...

He didn't spend Christmas with her. He stayed in London with Guy. He just posted an Instagram video in London. This just further proves that this tabloid story of Madonna "forcing" Rocco to spend Christmas with her is the usual tabloid fabrication, so don't believe everything you read.

As I said before, these are personal family issues and the news aren't reporting it accurately as you can see. This just makes it more hurtful for everyone involved seeing their family personal issues on the cover of newspapers like the New York Post or the Daily Mail, telling stories which aren't even true, and just leading people to make judgements about someone else's personal life.

That fact is it happened during the Holidays. The court proceedings happened a day or two before Christmas Eve and the flight he refused to take was to be home in NY for the holidays. You're right about everything else. But you can't change facts, no matter who reports them.

Yes, that's true. And I agree with you. What bothers me is the "a source said" part of this and other stories, which is complete fabricated tabloid bullshit, and Daily Mail, New York Post, etc, are well know for making stuff up just to have a story.

But on the fact that this happened during the Holidays you are absolutely correct, which for me makes it even more saddening to have a family going through these issues during this time of the year.
