Every single performance was a tad different (in the beginning with minimal use of choreography and props etc.) and it was extremely exciting to see her getting in touch with more expensive technology and fashion. And I mean, the music video's were all so extremely different and surprising. No one saw her advent coming. She breathed new life into the industry. TFM sort of did that but it was her final breath of that kind. So The Fame should win imo, especially since her "gimmicks" (which she could defend back then) hadn't worn out the public yet. Sure, she played around with different ideas in other era's, but her unpredictability, ironically, had already become predictable and she couldn't bring any new, current and game-changing elements to the table anymore (imo), falling back into the pop industry instead of leading the pack and I think most people were able to put her in a box because of that.
