That's why on the new candids with Taylor she has no lipstick/lipgloss.

If she knows, it's a really good thing. It means she won't do this anymore. I actually HOPE that she knows and feels insecure about it because when all this **** fades away, she won't go so far with those procedures in the future. It also means that she still has her sharp mind and knows that with all these procedures she looks ridiculous. I really hope she knows, because if she doesn't then ... bye.

I was disappointed with that too. Maybe it's her lack of her expression with the botox in her face, but she looked plain bored. I thought she would be a lot more excited for such a big acknowledgement of her career.

Yeah she knows, her hair was cut to cover her cheeks / botoxed forehead , and she was making her lips thinner whe she spoke, same thing happened during the ARTPOP era , she kept making weird things with her lips on the earlier performances.

 

I hope it goes away, she is so beautiful without it , her baby face/lips  were so sexy and cute.

Probably a hyaluronic acid filler, something like Juvéderm®. Maybe Botox too in the forehead area (or it's face-tape). She already once injected the apples of her cheeks rounder during the ARTPOP era (it's very visible here for example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TgCTnaX2MPw or also herehttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6zb-rSfrFk ), but now it is her cheekbones that are so sharp, angular and contoured in a concave way, I doubt she has had any real surgery done like implants or bone-changing, since the healing process of that would be way too long for recovering etc. - so I'm hoping it's just temporary injections above the cheekbones, angles of her jawline as well as her chin - lips too seem way fuller, her overall face looks tightened and has not much mimic or expression.

I, too, think she knows she went a bit too far this thing. During the carpet interview, she was alaways looking somewhere else. Plus her mimics when she spoke. 

 

I don't really like the changes she made. I think they're only temporary, so that's good. But as long as she's happy about herself, eh!

I'm more than sure she knows. Look at her make up the day after that BB event, at her night out with Taylor- TOTALLY different type of make up, there's even zero blush on her cheeks. And surprise surprise, she looks so much better.

I'm probably reaching, but what if she's doing it because of AHS ? It does match the whole "timeless, beauty-obsessed vampire" look, and she only started making dramatic changes when AHS started filming. Most of the effects wear off in time, and I wouldn't put it beyond Gaga that she did this simply to make her appearance on AHS more convincing - especially because she has reflected negatively on the fillers she was using in 2012.

Her appearance always changes drastically from era to era, so for all we know this is just one of the many fluctuations she goes through, and her face might go back to its natural state for LG5.

By the way, her "plastic" look is also 100% enhanced by the other choices she's making in terms of beauty. The bleached brows play a huge part in it, and so does the rest of her make-up. And even though her lips are plumped, she's ALSO overdrawing them. Even though she got het cheekbones done, she's ALSO contouring them to death. And then we even ignore the fact that her face is somehow devoid of any type of imperfection (pores, redness, zits, etc), which ALSO builds on top of that plasticness. There are a lot of things that changed relatively suddenly after that "natural" era she had at the start of the year, and she's not trying to be subtle about it.

Which in total also adds to my little conspiracy theory in my post above .

I made a thing in case anyone was wondering what she had filled. I took an older pic from last year and edited her to look more like this one that's stirring everyone up. Keep in mind she also has bleached eyebrows and a drawn-on gap between her front teeth which I added in the edit too  

Watch the cheekbones, jaw, chin, and lips. I think she maybe had some in her temples and the lines around her mouth and nose too! Girl must've been in the clinic for a long time this time   Haha! Guess she was feeling... experimental.

I don't see that much work done to her face. I see a tiny bit of botox here and there, but I think her makeup creates the illusion of more work. I don't really mind small things like injections, its better than full on plastic surgery imho. However, she's so young. No one that young needs any types of injections. Those are to create the illusion of youth, and your at you're prime when you're in your 20s/30s. It would be more understandable if she did this in her 40s or 50s. But she can do what she likes, she still looks great either way!
