If you really think that, then why are you trying to force them on others? It just happens that some people's taste includes Rihanna and Katy but you think the industry shouldn't hire people like them :flop:

Obviously I can't stop these artists. So I am just defending my opinion.

Not really. Many people would agree with me. Many of the artist today just copy and paste one another.

And many others would disagree.

4. What Do You Mean
5. The Hills
6. Stitches
7. Love Yoursellf
8. Here
9. Like I'm Gonna Lose You
10. Same Old Love

Here's this week's Top 10 on Billboard. Please tell me how these artists have copied and pasted?

Why is it a bad thing that I have an opinion. Obviously everything I say is what I think.

Because your opinion is uneducated and you've still yet to give any solid examples to back it up. You've basically just said "it all sounds the same!!!" but with no real reason. You've been given examples of songs by the artists you name checked that differ vastly and you said "Bitch Better Have My Money has the same patterns (:toofunny:) as loads of other songs!!!" but still failed to give an example. You're trying to be elitist and pretentious but failing greatly at it because you can't give any evidence to support your argument.

Next he's going to be like "omg, there's so many people involve in one song".

Name one

Most of Arianna's music is copy and paste. Except she does have a good voice.

Did Rihanna actually make any of these though?

Why are you saying today though? I think you'd have an aneurysm if you listened to the music outside of the remembered songs from the seventies and eighties :rip:

Considering she's the vocals, performer and director... Yes, obviously.

BBHMM is not really a good example for you to defend yourself. This song is the definition on hoping into a trend. Obviously many songs share similar sounds and structures. But now a days they are way too similar to the point where everything sounds about the same.

The fact that you mentioned how many people worked with her only adds to how much little she does. Gaga for example has a lot of people working with her, but it is obvious from her work, her interviews, and what people say about her, that she is actually making most of what she does.

You're still talking about one song when you're attacking an entire genre, and you're still failing to provide me with any examples of songs that sound similar to it. Besides you were talking about her as a pop artist but then dragging that song for sounding like other "urban" releases. If she's bringing that sound into a pop setting, doesn't that completely destroy your argument of her sounding the same as everyone else?

I don't need to defend anything because I've given examples of diversity in the current mainstream landscape that you have wilfully ignored because you don't have any comeback.

Similar structures?? The pop structure has been used for decades and is present in virtually all of Gaga's music. Should she be condemned for that? She's also been heavily criticised for having music that's very similar to other artists.

For every song you listed, there are many songs like each one of those. If you fail how similar and unoriginal most music is, then I don't know what to say?

Yeah, let's just forget the huge tours she goes on, all of the giant performances she gives or the fact she just starred in a huge music video that she directed etc.

You're right, she does nothing. She's such a waste.

Do you watch television? Does it bug you that the actors haven't written their lines or been directing their films?

Examples, please? You don't know what to say at all because your argument is so embarrassingly stale and baseless to begin with. I even said that I don't deny a lot of pop lacks originality or a huge amount of thought. If you are going to be flat out stupid you may as well read what people are saying to you.

You could say anything sounds like anything. ARTPOP was mostly just hopping on the EDM trend. Till It Happens To You, a rock ballad. How original! That's been done loads of times.
