Do you have any idea what you're saying ? 1000 small bombs attack to 1000 separate small targets that is going to harm ISIS where no civilians live. Area ISIS invaded is not what you see in post-apocalyptic movies. There are lots of innocent civilians, innocent men, women, and children who live in these areas; their lives are already f*cked by ISIS. When you drop a nuclear bomb, it does not only hit a target but it affects a huge area around that target, kill mass amount of people, permanently damage even more people and their future children with radiation... I don't know but I do not think Trump or Putin are sensitive about international laws or human lives. But to put things in perspective, I think Putin only says it to get more sympathy and followers from ignorant people. But Trump ?!
