The fact he fought tooth and bone to get Gaga doing what she wanted and where she was shows he is far from what fans accuse him of being.

The ARTPOP dramas are a lot different to what Gaga made them out to be, she's being more honest about them now but I think using Troy as a scapegoat at points wasn't the best thing to do.

It was a harrowing experience and she was being dissed on all sides, I have no doubt Troy did the same. It just sucks because he was professional and had bright ideas for Gaga, the kind of ideas which she can really use now.

You can say that she had to fight back and if that were Katy for example, it probably would have been a worse accusation.

My take is that they both had very different ideas for ARTPOP which caused them to split, and of course both sides were hurt and blamed each other, but they're at least pretending to be over it, as we can see

Troy's only comments regarding their split range from feigned shock to feigned heartbreak. Gaga has really said all she needed to say on the matter. I'm not sure why some of you feel the need to play the mediator when you literally nothing other than what she has told you. Re-read the billboard article and sit.

Unless yall are actually in the haus of gaga and know what happened, don't be taking sides and making sh*t up. No one knows what happened and the both sides we heard are obviously biased

A talent manager, also known as an artist manager, band manager or music manager, is an individual or company who guides the professional career of artists in the entertainment industry. The responsibility of the talent manager is to oversee the day-to-day business affairs of an artist; advise and counsel talent concerning professional matters, long-term plans and personal decisions which may affect their career."

Gaga has explicitly said that she wanted to quit music altogether during that time. It's not my assumption; she has actually said this word for word.

During that time she didn't want to be a singer anymore, that is a fact. How do you manage someone like that? I'm not saying it's Gaga fault, or that Troy is completely innocent; I'm simply pointing out that their problems arose from the difference in their objectives, and they are both equally responsable for it.

A managers main job is managing the artist. They are the communication between the label and the artist. The manager should know if their artist is ready or not to come back, especially from something as significant as a possible career ending injury. The label will wait a certain amount of time between eras, and that is written in the contract. Contracts do not call for artists to make an album every two years and the labels do not expect that. Gaga's situation was different anyways, since she was coming off of such a significant injury and she is the type of artist who moves around the stage and does choreography with many of her performances.

If Troy would have communicated that Gaga was not ready physically or mentally for a comeback, the label would have completely understood and been more than happy to wait for a while. They want their artists to be fully capable of representing themselves and the label at the maximum level. The label doesn't have time (nor is it their job) to keep up with the overall wellbeing of a hundred different artists. That would fall under the job description of the manager. It is the managers responsibility to step in and communicate what is going on with their artist, especially in unique situations such as what Gaga was going through at the time. Troy failed Gaga in this regard.

I think Gaga fans are naturally biased so it's normal that they have her side in every confrontation. I wish we had the full story but both are not legally allowed to get in depth of the source between the issues of both of them.

Tell me about it! I have felt this way on other issues too.
