Ugh To me it's pretty obvious but I might be wrong. I think it's captionless because the message on the typewriter says it all. Sonja gave Gaga a typewriter, either sent it or in person(doesn't matter) and instead of including a card, she typed a note on it. She made a typo and since it's not easily fixed like on a computer, she just crossed out the error and fixed it with a pen adding a smileyface. Gaga just took a picture of this thoughtful gift. Why is it so unlikely Sonja gave her this? She is one of her closest friends and she used to be an integral part of her team before she got sick.
