Right now they are in the middle of promoting two of the most well received pop girls in 2014 and 2015 and yet neither of them have been selling albums. (Selena Gomez and Ellie Goulding) They can't translate their success with singles into album success the way Katy's label or JB's label or even Beyonce's label has. It's just weird. They do very well with male rappers but female pop stars are not their strength. Her label may be supportive but they are not writing good marketing plans for her.
