We're not saying exactly the same thing We disagree about everything. Ron's whole point is that Gaga is fundamentally irrelevant compared to her contemporaries when I say: ask any random person on the street what her contemporaries are doing and I'm sure you'll get the same answer - they'll mention the latest song they've heard and maybe if you're lucky you'll get a general picture of where their career is at (ex. You can sense it. When you hear a song on the radio, when you hear people talk about her. The world is global now thanks to social media so usually when things go mainstream, you hear it almost everywhere. I can turn the question back to you. Because her jazz tour was massively successful and publicized about, meaning that at least several hundreds of thousands of people around the world know about it. Add to that her appearances at various tribute performances, her performance at the Oscars (which caused a STORM of media attention) and the Grammy's (widely praised), she's on one of the most important shows of a popular network and do you know how much readers Billboard magazine has? The people who have no clue about anything that happened to Gaga in 2014 or 2015 are obviously not paying attention to anything related to pop culture. You literally would have to be deaf and/or blind to not have heard/read about ANYTHING she did for the last two years and whatever people might have heard, it would have been directly opposed to the image she enjoyed from 2011 to 2013, maybe only excluding AHS.
