Most definitely. It may have been the worst AHS episode of all time. I'd have to re-watch the first season to see if anything in the first season (before Murphy got his sea legs) could contest it's status as the worst AHS episode ever.

The cop/ten commandments killer is the best story line of the season, hence why this episode was better in substance, did well to fill in the gaps.
