In gaga's case her voice - which she NEEDS if she wants to be a singer. She should be taking care of HER VOICE and her LUNGS more, just my opinion. She's going to regret it in 10 years when it starts taking a toll, not everything is seen upfront. It's gonna take a while before the effects of smoking are seen.
