@Admin Any idea why this is happening?

I don't know if I'm allowed to link you to another source, but it's on all torrent websites by now if you use them. That's the best way to get to the best quality.

Works fine for me as well. I'd suggest a different browser.

If part of Gaga's past and future is suggested in Hotel as she claimed, then which of the 10 commandments did Lina Morgana break?

Yeah he was his friend for God's sake. But imo the worst thing he's done was when he took the tongue and the eyes of the other guy while he was still alive, that's fcked up.:deadbanana:

We have two selves. One the world needs us to be, compliant, and the shadow. Ignore it and life is forever suffering.

yeah but this scene is definitely one scene that still haven't been aired. We still hasn't seen the Countess and Ramona together other than in a flashback scene

I guess they'll face to face very soon

i dont know why this got quoted but i cant get rid :rip:

I might be falling into the trap of believing that this season is thought through sufficiently, but why is John so upset about adultery when he committed adultery on his wife with Sally long before it happened between his wife and his cop buddy? I found the same confusing element with Ramona, who we're supposed to sympathize with even though she cheated on the Countess first.

Like, I really don't get the morality current. Suddenly it's all about murdering people who break Ten Commandments or people who break the law and don't get sufficiently punished for it (why is that even an issue, I thought manmade laws needed to be systematically rejected) when James was killing hobo's and construction workers before, people who didn't do anything wrong :rip:

Would anyone have anything to say about this? I'm just confused about what the show is trying to say or if it's just literally all self-contradicting crap.

I'm so glad that's over. Granted, this episode filled in many of the gaping plot holes since episode 1. The problem(s) being, the answer was neither satisfying nor surprising at all and, as Didy said, there is a whole new tub of crap to sift through in terms of John's motivation and what exactly the point of the season is.

And I've been more or less on the writers' side this whole time, despite a standard AHS share of clunky lines and exposition, but man. There were some howlers that Wes Bentley had to utter. "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbors wife. It's one of the Ten Commandments!" Really? No ****, Sherlock.

I was really hoping that the viewers would be rewarded for their time on this one. Making John the 10CK isn't a bad idea, in theory, but the fact that it was so heavily telegraphed, to the point where I thought Murphy was doing it purposefully to throw us off-track, is unforgivable. In my opinion, this was a terrible episode.

Ok I'm afraid... what if John's last kill is gonna be The Countess or something? That would be a really intense plot twist but I don't want to see her get killed??

Well only one remains and it fits the Countess Perfectly.

Head Empty

I'm trying to like this episode, but to be honest I think it's my least favorite one yet from a storywriting perspecitve.

I've been looking forward to seeing the 10CK plotline develope and I didn't mind episodes about John Lowe, but in my opinion they pretty much killed his storyline now. The "plottwist" in this episode is very overdone in film already, and the execution in this instance makes it seem more like an easy plot device rather than something genuinly clever. To be honest, his storyline would've been a lot more interesting if we'd have know about him being the 10CK from a much earlier point, because I haven't seen an approach to split personalities in such a way yet. It would've created an interesting dynamic where we would be rooting for him to return to his "innocent" self, or something like that. By making it a late-season "plottwist" (that a lot of people were already expecting), it kinda falls flat and takes the tension out of his character. And I won't even start about how the James March character (as well as the maid) seems like a huge waste of potential, after the great introduction we got in the second episode.

Now The Countess is pretty much the only storyline that intruiges me, both because she's played by Gaga as well as because there is still genuiny mystery and tension surrounding her. Although I think that Ramona's storyline seems a little redundant, Elizabeth's other love interests still have a lot of potential to "redeem" this season for me, so even though it definitely won't top Murder House or Asylum for me, I'm still interested to see what's next.

What an unconvincing plot twist.

I don't mind the episode, but it really didn't excite me that much. Hoping the next one will also connect some dots (like the outbreak of the vampire children and Valentino and Natasha breaking free), while also keeping a good dose of creepy intensity and action.

Am I the only one who loved this episode? :laughga:

Yes, I'll agree the "reveal" was predictable, but I really liked the way they did it, especially Sarah's acting. Blew me away tbh.
