Haroon 49,685 Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 So I joined the waiting room at 8:30AM sharp and I was there when the online store status became "OPEN" at 9AM and waited for 55mins in the queue until pretty much being told that it's all sold out After waiting around 30mins half of the floor seating blocks disappeared and became unavailable, then around the 45min mark only a quarter remained, then finally at 55mins they all became unavailable along with all of the levels besides 4 (nosebleeds for the US I think) Basically all of the O2 presale tickets for the London shows are sold out and anyone wanting those will have to try again on Friday in the general sale on Ticketmaster edit: Checked Twitter and loads of people had the same issue, turns out O2 assigned people who arrived from 8:30-8:59 into a queue RANDOMLY, as in someone who got to the waiting room later within that time frame could've been way ahead of another person who'd been waiting since the second the waiting room opened Obviously if they put everyone who entered in those 29 minutes into a queue randomly then it's going to be a mess, they should've just done it as first come first serve What's also bad is that the waiting room kept people queueing for over an hour even after all of the tickets were gone, they didn't update and say that the tickets were sold out and instead had people sitting there waiting for absolutely nothing Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Haroon 49,685 Posted December 4, 2015 Share Posted December 4, 2015 FUCK YES I JUST GOT 2 TICKETS After failing at the Adele.com advance sale and the O2 pre-sale I got third time lucky with the general sale I had 2 laptops and 1 computer and 2 phones connecting to the waiting room and then the phones got disconnected because of auto-lock and my laptop ran out of battery and the computer errored and it past 9AM so I'd lost hope - then I plugged my laptop in and opened the site again and got onto the site and a window popped up and I thought the page errored but it was a message saying that it was my turn in line Got 2 tickets to see Adele on Friday 18th March 2016 I'll be taking my mother to her first music concert ever Super excited because I bought her 21 and 25 and she's really into Adele and nowadays whenever I walk into the kitchen I can hear it playing from the little CD player there. Today was such a mess, I was in a waiting room for ages and as soon I was able to select tickets, once I added them to my basket it sent me to the home page. This happened 3 times until it finally told me the shows were sold out. Now I have another chance to get 2 tickets.
