Dont get me wrong. Its a really good album. But 3mil? Idk

The promo for this is x100 everyone else. Is in Bust Buy nyc. Every employee had tags around there neck saying "Ask me about this" With 25 album cover on it. Its on every wall in there strore, Thats just 1 store in a franchise....

Its on Billboards, Trains, coffie shops, its being treated like a a event in the music industry which is smart I guess. So good for her.

I mean, it's the same kind of vibe as the others, similar topics (nostalgia, first loves, breakups). She even said that her songs about being a mother were "too boring" for her. It's like she switched because she was afraid of what people would say. That would have been real, and more authentic. To me when I heard 25 I just went, "well it's just another Adele album" and I mean, Adele is good, but there's nothing amazing, new, or fresh about this album. It just sells because it's her. 

Weird comparison and please, guys, don't sigh: on ARTPOP, one of my "mehhh" songs is Dope. (maybe because I wish it was IWBWY, but that's another topic). However, I can't say that it doesn't feel authentic, raw, and heartbreaking. Her emotion, the imperfections in this song makes it so special. It's so not polished that it makes it special. On 25, they all have the same finish (except, again, a few that are more interesting [max martin, as much as I don't like you, thank you for making Adele sound different and fresh on that one song])

bref, it won't be on my X-mas list.

She didn't change it because she was afraid of what people would say. She changed it because she didn't like it...  I agree that this album is not something new for her.It's in her usual style.But tbh it's better than both 19 and 21.It's lyrically,vocally and musically amazing. 25 is raw,authentic and heartbreaking ,I don't even know what you're talking about. I feel like we didn't even listen to the same album. I don't see how the fact that the album is well-written/produced makes it worse..

I feel that in 25 years it will be remembered as The First Album to have sold 3 million in its first week

rather than "Adele's best album"

and can we all agree in advance that she will snatch 5-6 Grammy's in 2017 because the jury would get so much backlash for not rewarding her? (does it really deserve all the awards, over all the albums from Oct.2015 to Sept.2016, which will probably give us a few gems?)

It doesn't need to be experimental to be good. Literally every single song on the album is a GREAT song!. I personally think that it IS the best Adele album. Critics also seemed to like it because it got the same score as 21. But I do think that Hello is really overrated. I mean it's a really good song but people pretend like it's the best song of the decade when it's not THAT great.

Guys I love Adele and  25 but lbr, the current success it's getting rn is bc of 21, it sold almost 12 million copies in the US  lmao. I actually expected 2M sales US debut but it seems she can pass it easily. Let's wait for the second week sales.
