This man picks the most low-level "answer" and says it like it's the most obvious solution. His solution to world hunger would probably be "Just go eat food!" Well I dont know how these things works but bombing oil in ISIS areas only and attacking them is a good way of destroying ISIS.. remove where they get their money from and attack them.
