So he could be around until the finale imho. As per next episode trailer, it seems to me John Lowe will be given help by Sally, and she herself seems to have frictions against Mr.March. It nothing about fight, it's how the storylines are, besides, Sarah Paulson is busy shooting for American Crime Story. Naturally her role in Hotel are not much cos of that. It entertained me from the beginning to the end - even with the ridiculous plot holes taken into account. Gaga slayed it this episode. She was magnificent. Evan Peters = all the awards. It was interesting to see him seeking approval, and basically being in thrall of his wife. Evan mentioned we're going to learn more about his childhood, and that Mr. March's father's cruelty helped shape March into the ruthlessly terrifying killer he is. This makes me wonder if that's the reason Elizabeth's suicide attempt moved him so much, if he identified with that sadness within her, and/or she brought to mind other helpless, sad women in his past, like a sister or mother that he wasn't able to help in his childhood. Like for example, Hannibal Lector was drawn to Clarice because she reminded him of his sister Mischa. That all said, I do hope we get more backstory on just how much inherent darkness was in Elizabeth in the first place, and why. The AV Club recap pointed out that Elizabeth's own negative spin on her marriage to March didn't match up with what actually happened - she seemed to enjoy the rough s-x and didn't mind that her husband was a murderer. If he's with someone who is domineering to the point where it's not just personal, but has affected his professional life, a simple girl who obviously has a crush on him and seems to unconditionally adore him is going to seem very appealing. Plus never under-estimate the power of new *** when it comes to men...look at those celeb men who always get caught cheating with the movie extra, groupie, or the nubile young nanny.
