So when Taylor does it "wow so money hungry, stop taylor u've enough!" but when Adele does it "its the right decision! i dont see anything wrong with that!"

lovely

I think it's cause everyone knows Adele doesn't give a fcuk and isn't the one making this decision whereas Taylor was advocating it. I don't see Taylor as money-hungry but more image conscience. I mean,. Ryan Adams cover album of 1989 is on Spotify so clearly they don't have a problem with the payment (because Taylor would profit from those streams anyways since she's the songwriter)

Hmm... But the real question is... Should LG5 be on Spotify? :derpga:

I think it will, Gaga is generous Queen, right right #PizzasForFans :fan:

This is not even the same though. 1989 was kept from Spotify altogether whereas Adele's team just wants it to be available to paying customers.

21 was kept from both the free service and the paid service, just like the last two Coldplay albums. Unless Spotify agrees to Adele's demands, the same thing will happen with 25.

I really like the idea of having the initial release of an album only available to paying subscribers, then maybe after a few months, release it for free users too. I think she'll release is on Apple Music, which is what I use, so I've got my fingers crossed. If not, I planned on buying a physical copy anyway, so whatevs.

I think that is good. You should pay for the music you listen too.

Lose control. Let go and fall. Do you get the satisfaction?

Oh, really? I never heard about that. Well I still don't care, they can both sell their albums however they like.
