Allah would never be happy, let alone reward them for taking innocent lives, no God would ever want their followers to take innocent lives. And the price is that innocent people die, both Muslims and non-Muslims and it creates tension within the Muslim community. If ISIL really were Muslims, they'd would think of the impact their actions have on other Muslims and on innocent people, clearly they're not. I could understand it more if they were targeting specific people who they feel wronged them, but they're just targeting everyone and anyone, children included. I hope so, because another attack would be too much, the situation with Paris is stressful enough. These people are really insane, and if they are doing all this because of religion or some belief, killing inocent people, then they are just crazy too.
