He'd done terrible things during ARTPOP but I think we should give him credits for managing Gaga so well during The Fame, The Fame Monster and Born This Way.

I'm happy Gaga has Bobby now, let's home Bobby can do an even better job than Troy.

I feel like Troy is a bit overrated by stans. He marketed her to high heavens, but a lot of her own success had to do with what was already there before Troy even came on the scene (the songs, the image). She was pre-packaged, he just had to get her out there, and that wouldn't have worked if Gaga herself wasn't a hard worker. Plus from what I've read, Troy's plans for the ARTPOP era just made no sense. For example, he had originally planned that five-month gap between singles from November to March - which I can understand why he'd thought it'd be cute to launch the tour with the 3rd single, but it's is (and was) a great way to ruin an eras momentum IMO. The way he talked about a soft launch also sounded like a terrible idea to me for an artist like Gaga back when I first read his interview in October 2013.

Where did she say that

It's hard for me because I'm a foreign fan so I'm not good with US interviewers BUT I think I remember it being one of those late night talk shows, it was in the Cheek to Cheek era. She was very sad in that part of the interview, (almost but not crying)

I believe Gaga over Troy.

I actually didn't see that interview or might of skimmed it quickly but I'm actually happy that she seems at a good place in her career and able to move on. It's plain and obvious for Troy that he pulled an Akon, wanted to leave when he felt she wasn't bringing in that much cash anymore but it's a shame in terms of label relationships with artist. Not saying it happens for everyone but most i'm sure it must

Well, I think he left her alone when he couldn't get his ideas into the Project or didn't care about it because he had newer acts to promote, and that made Gaga feel left alone, she had no other way then fire him.

That's what I think too.

He wasn't giving Gaga's work enough time (he left)

She needed a manager to giver her more (replaced him)
