question

Would you be here for an album completely produced by Lady Gaga herself?

NO PLEASE! Venus is a mess, I rather she stay safe and stick with a producer.

Venus is a mess? :neyde:

you don't know what you're saying, the promotion might have been a mess but the song is Grammy worthy honestly

Sorry but keep dreaming...too much pre choruses and the production is all over the place.  Changes tempos allot also.

Fair enough, we'll dwell in our dreams, but we're more than happy to do so :laughga:

She isn't a good producer,  Venus is a great song but it's a mess in terms of production.  Id prefer her to stick to what she is good at.

Its messiness is what makes it an amazing song tbh.

OT: I'm here for some self-produced songs on LG5, but I wanna see her collaborating with different producers too.

I don't really see the point, unless she's secretly a super creative producer who can create instrumentals that her collaborators aren't capable of producing. The Venus instrumental is decent but could have been done much better by RedOne, and it already contained a lot of elements from a Madeon beat. TIHTY is just a basic piano ballad.

The song had some cool ideas but was very sloppily executed. Part of that was probably due to it being really last minute, but obviously working with professionals in the future will ensure that her songs are properly mixed, polished and engineered.

I was so impressed with "Venus", and, let's be real, Gaga's fingerprints are all over her discography, especially the last two albums. There is a haphazard, misshapen quality to both BTW and AP, and that's what I want to hear going forward. If she ever wanted to attempt that, I'd be down.

Madeon only co-produced Venus, Gaga was the mastermind behind it, if anything most of Venus you hear are from Gaga not Madeon.

Til It Happens To You is a ballad but how is it basic? :saladga:

Let professionals do their job. :neyde:

Why can't people accept the fact that performers can be producers as well? :neyde:
