yes it is sampled, it has subtle differences, however it's extremely similar in the breakdown...I'd say it has a sample,

the performance was world class level really, and the song is catchy af.... she will at least do great in the UK, not sure if she'll manage to branch out to the US... loved her last year so im really happy for her :)
