I am sure it wouldn't take so much time. Songs are already out there, considering she is not probably involved with every single detail of arrangement of Jazz Songs, only thing left for Gags to go there and sing.

I think she said this before her contract for AHS was extended to the full season.

She can't lose more time concerning her music. Like we've seen she recorded with RedOne and then Tony Bennett. Gaga is not shooting everytime which let her time to work on her music projects.
