A Current Affair interview "Practicing Catholic", some magazine interview from last year "I'm a catholic woman" and many other interviews.

Well I'll have to look that up.  Don't get me wrong I myself am Catholic, although I'm a liberal Catholic and yes there is such a thing.

She's not a true Christian though, she wears way too many mixed fabrics for that

I'm an atheist. I would still wear crosses. This does't confirm anything, It's just fashion. Coming from a Catholic background it can be meaningful but doesn't have to represent current beliefs.

I'm technically Christian because I was baptised etc, but i'm not a practicing Christian. I assume Gaga is the same, her wearing a cross doesn't mean much really.

Living a Christian lifestyle is living your life as Jesus did and he left a model for us to follow him closely.

Reading the Bible, praying, and gathering together with other like minded individuals are all aspects of Christians life however it's more than that...those are all outward tasks...nothing to do with your heart. Do you REALLY believe these things? Do you believe Jesus sacrifice is the only means for slavation? Are you a Christian SOMETIMES? Do you teach others about the Bible? Etc...Faith is something that affects your life in ALL aspects. However, it is seen in HOW you conduct yourself and the decisions you make. Not everyone who says they're a Christian is REALLY a Christian.

Timisa, I valued your opinion and as a member but here you need to be very careful with your words.

We have to remember that Jesus saved a woman from the death penalty by pointing out that no one is truly innocent, and should not condemn her.

Then the Bible says the death of Jesus covers all sins and states to repent, be baptized in the name of Jesus, and you will receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It doesn't say, "except if your gay". Gays can and should be accepted cause they also can do all these things mentioned and perhaps even be better at the things you hold so dear.

You making us look really bad here and I as a Catholic I will not stand for your lecture, that is not your place or your call. Christianity is about love foremost and condemnation is out of your league.  By God I rather have my child to be gay and be content in life rather then to be this close minded or judged by fanatics.

I obey God and what I said isn't out of line. Nowhere did Jesus teach that homos-xuality was acceptable to God and when it DOES come up in both the old and new testament it's not expressed in a positive light...we can't conform our views and societies current agenda to overrule the principles found in the Bible. However, Jesus did teach love but not tolerance.
