Well, I think that for My Everything, the Label had full control, like which direction the Album is going musically, which Artists and Producers she works with etc. I hope that with Moonlight, she will go back to her RnB roots again, even if that means she will get compared to Mariah. Did Gaga stop Pop Music after she got compared to Madonna? Did Mariah stop her Vocal Performance and Pop/RnB crossover Music after she got compared to Whitney? NO, they didn't. What gives me hope, is that she's working with Tommy Brown again, who produced 'Honeymoon Avenue' on Yours Truly. I just don't want Ariana to be a basic pop girl, because that's not how I fell in love with her, before she became a basic singer, but I am still gonna wait outside her Hotel tomorrow when she's in my city.

She said Focus is only a transitional song from ME to Moonlight. It's also obvious it's only a buzz single. 

The real lead is that "You'll be Alright" song and it'll slay the whole world a la Hello.  Ha RnB bops are coming.
