Not because hospitals are evil, but because medical supply companies have a monopoly on how much things like Normal saline cost, and insurance companies refuse to reimburse and will not pay out if even the slightest detail in documentation is out of order. The American healthcare system is a bigger mess than the DWUW fiasco. If you can believe that. That's right. Horrid system. I was just answering the other user's question.
