They're both legendary bops, but I think as a song Poker Face is much more interesting with respect to it's theme and production.

Just Dance is a catchy bop

Poker Face still sounds futuristic and is better and that is reflected in its higher chart positions almost everywhere compared to JD

I love the bridges equaly as much. I agree that Just Dance has aged better, maybe because its the song that i listened the least to,

Just Dance is too timeless , it literally can be a single today and on radio. Poker Face as much as it slays is starting to become outdated in my opinion but that does not mean it's any less great just like songs from the past such as Like A Prayer and Vogue.

Poker Face slays you just 3 seconds in (the song and the video) and still sounds great after all this time.

Poker Face>Just Dance

But....is Paparazzi or Bad Romance the better song? :koons:

Dahlings...Bad Romance has it's own place, and it's way above!! Like really above, likewise the video.

I personally think Paparazzi's video is better, but BR is also very good.

I'm a bit biased about Paparazzi. I was so fed up with Gaga at that moment. It was that moment when you find someone you like so much and then everyone likes it, i lost all my interest until Bad Romance. It was my phase saying she was too gimmicky and couldn't get past the ridicule

Just Dance sucks, in my opinion. Like not even just compared to her other work, I just think it's a s--tty song. But I feel this way about half of the songs on The Fame, so it says more about the style of music she was making than her as an artist.

I think Just Dance, along with songs like Summerboy, Boys Boys Boys etc are just awfully generic and uninteresting. Poker Face, on the other hand, at least had an element of provocation behind it that gave us a glimpse of the Gaga to come that I would fall in love with.

(I actually was first 'turned on' to Gaga seeing her do that metal-y version of Poker Face on Jonathan Ross, which is my favourite version of it.)
