People would feel like we're trying to shove the album down their throats, and that is not the kind of impression I want other people to have of Little Monsters. Approximately 2.5 million copies have been sold worldwide to date. That's a very respectable number for an album that wasn't promoted like the way it normally would have, and despite the problems Gaga had with her management team throughout the era.
