Nelly hasn't said anything about it. Maybe she just found out The release dates are: September 10 (United Kingdom) September 11 (United States, Canada) September 18 (Europe) I can understand why they'd push it back. Big Hoops is going nowhere and she barely has enough promo lined up. The album would have bombed if she released it in June. Hopefully they go all out for this release. Interscope themselves have been slacking from the start. No iTunes banner for Big Hoops and no VEVO banners for the music video. Sucks tho. The promotion for big hoops hasn't even started yet, few people know that she's released a new song.
