XGirlfriend 950
I think with Adele it's a possibilty Shania released only 5 albums since 1990s I think And 3 of them are DIAMOND Ikkkk her last album was like 13 years ago Adele does have a possibility.. I mean I have never witnessed a slayage so hard as Hello is doing right now
Fiona Apple 13,006
She will be remembered because of her vocal range and the ability to sing in the whistle register. Heck if any new singer even attempts to sing any whistle notes we immediately compare them to Mariah, they're literally called "The Mariah High Notes". Lol Mariah still exists in the music industry Looks like you don't know how many 50 years are
Snow 1,582
-Madonna That is pure delusion. Madonna IS allready semented in history and will be forever remembered like Elvis, Beatles and MJ. Noone can argue that.I suppose time will tell for others.

XGirlfriend 950
Lol Mariah still exists in the music industry Looks like you don't know how many 50 years are you know its pointless of me to continue this argument. So believe what you want But 50 years from now, when someone does a vocal run, people will remember the Queen of Melisma.
XGirlfriend 950
She can even outsell Baby One More Time with 25 Don't compare physical sales to digital I believe Britney will be remembered.. for both her music.. and .. the incidents.. She is and will always remain, pop royalty

So believe what you want But 50 years from now, when someone does a vocal run, people will remember the Queen of Melisma. No wonder Mariah is called "The Songbird Supreme" This alone will guarantee her name's remembrance See talent here-->http://bit.ly/2eqeUxK

Riot Poof 2,236
I feel like Madonna, Britney Spears, Beyoncé, Mariah Carey, and Lady Gaga will be the most-remembered in 50 years.Country fans may remember Taylor Swift.idk about the others. #JusticeForJanet #WhyDoAmericansHateKylie I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.

Sakrai 4,759
I dont't even know man... like being culturally significant is such a complicated and uncertain thing. I want to say I really have faith in Gaga but most of the time I doubt any of these stars will be relevant in 50 years. Oh, I'm just visiting-

She is in The category with Elvis, Beatles, MJyeah I agree Madonna is the only one on that list who has already attained some sort of 'timeless' status. Although she's still 30 years into her career not 50.thing is, doing some scanning of past music stars, You'll notice that very few of them stand the test of time. 50 years ago, that would be 1965, 66, 67, 68? If you check billboards top 100 for those years you'll notice that on average barely 2 out of the 20 first names are somewhat recognizable. And going theough the entire top 100, it's probably 5/100. That's 5% of the biggest pop stars of their generation. It's really scary to see 2014's year end chart,—plagued with famous names— and think that 50 years from now, with any luck barely 2 of them will ring a bell to most people. Oh, I'm just visiting-
Dexxx 1,363
-Madonna - Yes, she will always be remembered as the (first?) Queen of Pop. -Whitney - Of course, her songs are still sang by many up to until now. -Janet - No, I don't know much of her discography. -Mariah - Yes. -Celine Dion - Yes, she's one of the first singer I know. -Britney - Yes, because of her unique voice. -Beyonce - Yes, she's one of the powerful names in the industry, I think. -Rihanna - I think no. -Taylor Swift - She will be remembered, but not much because of her music. -Katy Perry - She will be remembered for her basic/catchy songs. -Lady Gaga - Yes, more because of her fashion. -Adele - Yes, I think she's the diva of this generation.
