And I figured you would use the "she doesn't even know me" arguement, hence why I said anyone. If your reasoning for not sacrificing yourself is simply because she or ANYONE wouldn't do the same is selfish. I understand where you're coming from with the family argument. That's a reasonable reason not to die for her. But just because she wouldn't do the same for you is selfish. And I'm pretty sure she'd give more than two hoots if you died specifically for her. I don't see how willing to pay "the ultimate price" for someone who you see as dear to you is a lack of common sense? You're willing to go to far extents for people you care about. Makes sense to me? First of all, I didn't make promises to die for anyone (it wasn't me who said that I'd die for my family), however, I'd probably sacrifice myself for example for my children - and I don't think it would be the lack of common sense then, because my children are the part of me and my extension. I'm sure many people consider their families to be such as well. Hence I don't think it's the same as so sacrifice the life for someone you have no idea about and who probably wouldn't even appreciate your "gift". Secondly, I've just read your second post that wasn't addressed to me where you claimed that you wouldn't die for her if it indicated a great pain. According to what you accused me of - isn't it also selfish that you would let someone die, because you cannot stand your own pain? Finally, I wonder if you called Gaga selfish, because she didn't want to die for any of her fan. And let's face it - she probably would sacrifice herself only for her own family as well. Please don't drag and fight with people who say yes, you have no idea the impact that Gaga couyld of had on them personally. This though^Honestly at this point in my life I think I'd say yes. Would I die so the hero to millions, including me, could live on? Of course.
