It could change after a few more listens and become a grower for me. Also, in the context of the album I could love it. We'll see. I'll give it a few more listens today. I love the message (or theme?). Its like she observed me over the last three years while I tried to reconcile with myself, my ex boyfriend, and just with life. Ugh, so amazing. Well done Adele! Like holy hell. As for the song, I love it. I realize some on here don't care for it but it's better than most of the songs that are big right now and you can't even hate those vocals. The lyrics are really genuine and cohesive, if thematically very similar to "Someone Like You". Her voice is in pristine shape.It's very good, don't get me wrong. But if any other artist had recorded it, I don't believe it would make waves.(inb4 I get called a hater, but I am a huge fan, and have been since 19.)
