Morphine Prince 106,127 Posted October 18, 2015 Share Posted October 18, 2015 Not sure how ads are in America but over here we have them every 15 minutes for around 3-4 minutes, so it'd add up to about 15mins/20mins of ads so that'd be a 70min episode If my memory of American TV is correct you guys have ads more often but shorter breaks but it evens out overall? Basically ~1/3 of a running show is ads. So a show that runs for 60 minutes is 40-42 minutes long. Anyway, this Twitter is wrong. My TV guide says Episode 3 will run for 76 minutes. I don't see 3 episodes in a row being + one hour long...The last episode was 110 minutes long (without ads) so 1 hour and 50 minutes, when it was posted that'll be 120 minutes long and y'all were like "well 30 minutes will be ads so showtime will be only 90 minutes" when actually the ads only took 10 minutes of the show.
