I don't care what she says about not wanting to be a role model, she is a role model to lots of her very young fans. It's disgusting that she could contemplate doing such a thing when she knows she has very young fans who this is wholly unsuitable for.

I have issues with former child stars doing this kind of stuff when they're still very young and still have young interest in them. It's creepy when you've had a kid fanbase right from the beginning. If you want to put your childstar past behind you and be s-xual at least do it in a classy, not to mention mature way, like Selena and Demi, not in a way that screams "future member of the 27 club screwed-up childstar trainwreck." We saw what that route did to Britney and Lindsay Lohan and any other childstar who hit adulthood and had no idea of how to cope with it. Ironically, Miley's embracement of s-xuality is a very childish thing. She wanted to prove she was an adult now by using the cliche method of acting overtly s-xual, which is the mindset of a child who's still not grown up. An adult legally and physically, yes, mentally, no.

And I never view nudity as "just nudity." There's reasoning behind it, it's used to teach messages and it means different things when different genders do it, objectifying women immensely. There's harmful and harmless ways to do it. And seeing it in certain forms when you're underage can really skew your ideas of s-x, some of which can never really be changed when you grow up.
