European Horror Story?

But even that is debatable. But if you mean by "richer history" the fact that half of Europe's "richer history" was blown to shreds in the 1940s, and America came over and rebuilt it with American technology and money....then I guess that makes sense.

That's not at all how history or culture work. :toofunny:

So you are saying that culture didn't get here until white people came?

As someone from Cherokee American Indian decent, I find that offensive.

Culture has existed here for thousands of years with manyyy native tribes.

Which....speaking of....would make another great theme for American Horror Story.

They didn't say that, let's not blow it out of proportion and make it something it's not.

However I agree they could do so much with the tribal theme. :nick:

I understand that. I was being fesicious in response to the Europeans blindly dogging American culture and forgetting people have been here for THOUSANDS of years.

I find it ironic considering I, an AMERICAN, was extending an olive branch to another culture by starting this topic.

Ironic how Americans still get **** on.

Honey did you read what i said? i specified 'USA as an entity'. American Horror Story is set in the United States history. Not before. That is why i said Europe had a bigger history. Some countries in Europe have an history five times longer than the US does, if not more for some. The United States have a shorter history then Europe, denying it makes you look stupid.

me too! And I think that our backgrounds and culture are pretty great considering we have blood that didn't feel the need to build huge monuments to define our culture or go terrorize other culture's to empower our own.

Those who think America doesn't have much culture or history have clearly never been here and traveled to the different regions. For example lets take Miami, Sante Fe, San Francisco, NYC, Charleston, Austin, Seattle, New Orleans, Chicago, Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Detroit, Boston, Los Angeles.. what do they have in common? Not much, aside from speaking the same language, although speaking it with completely different accents.

Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet.

European Horror Story: Night Gallery

An art gallery where the works of art are possessed or every time a new painting is added to the gallery, it influences real life events OR it goes painting by painting telling the history behind the paintings until they start coming full circle and connecting

OMG I LOVE THIS THE MOST

But if thats your logic, honey, some of your countries like hmmm, Spain, their culture didnt start until 1942 because thats when the current country we call Spain came to be.

so therefore the USA has more culture than Spain

based on your logic

:spook:

Exactly. Before Finland as we know it existed, it was part of Sweden. Then it was part of Russia.
