Europe has as much of culture as America. I'm just saying that the USA isn't as "self aware" of it as Europe. Indigenous Cultures etc. are often ignored, even tho it's a big part of the culture. But if you mean by "richer history" the fact that half of Europe's "richer history" was blown to shreds in the 1940s, and America came over and rebuilt it with American technology and money....then I guess that makes sense.
