Absolutely loving that look on the cover tho omg

Hoping Taylor stays pop, it suites her well and I really loved 1989; can wait to hear what kind of next level earworm bops she'll come up with next! :lolly:

She has good insight. I hope she can take a break and her music will be even more mature. A greatest hits album or EP would be her best option if she wanted to make a few more songs.

Too bad that those remixes featuring rappers and discounts (every single these days gets discounts, it wasn't just Katy who did it) had very minimal impact on their charting. Oops.

My fave is far from fake, by the way.

Taylor still had a separate remix for Bad Blood. Also, wasn't there a radio-remix of Wildest Dreams released a while ago?

Caculative Ms Katy Hudson. Every impact in the slightest she does like remixes obviously was calculated to bring her songs to #1. Denying their impact on the remixes your so called far from fake, angel, simple queen Ms Katy Hudson is just delusion. Get well soon from your teenage dream about your Prismatic queen not being calculative about those #1s!

Yeah a greatest hits collection is past due from Taylor. I would probably buy a copy tbh.

AAAHHH I hope this break is big enough so when it ends I'll be 99 years old and deaf.

So making business decisions means that you are fake? Oh, ok. :lmao:Btw, not all singles with remixes make it to the top of BBH100.

Not really, since she didn't promote Style nor Wildest Dreams, other than the VMA music video premiere. Someone who wanted to get those songs to #1 or close to it would sure as **** had done something, especially with a song with as much potential as Style had.

The remix wasn't even advertised, it was just a change in the back half instrumental, and it was the only version sent to radio, so there is nothing to boost. It's a simple pop mix

It's clear that she's following Katy's tactics from the Teenage Dream era with her singles this era. Again, she didn't promote Style when she had the chance because she wanted Blank Space to have a longer reign since she wanted a notable single this era so bad so she pushed for it. She still followed Katy's route with Bad Blood.

The remix wasn't advertised but it still was sent to the radio and even if it is the only version sent to radio, it still creates more publicity for her new single.

If don't want her to go on a break, but I know she has to :ohno:

We will get 1 more single from 1989 and then goodbye for a long time I guess

It's great she's down to earth with this. I'm not tiring of her but I know a lot of people are and will do if she carried on pushing much further. I can't wait to see what comes after her break.

Also, she looks great on that cover :legend:

Why, because she put a rapper on one of her songs? :toofunny:

Katy didn't invent the wheel, you know?. As if Shake It Off wasn't already notable :rip: And I didn't know you worked for Taylor's team! Wow, they must be recruiting right out of high school now, ur so lucky

I fail to see how it can create more publicity when no one even noticed the instrumental change and was not even remarked upon. The only publicity WD had was the music video so stop reaching, it wasn't a "remix". And I'm not going to continue talking about this because it's off topic

Good move.

People were getting seriously annoyed by every single move of her, even tho she was just doing what she usually does, but that's what being overly exposed does.
