Leonard Poh 81
Let me start out by saying, I'm here not to hate nor to put anyone down. It has been an interesting 6 years being a little monster (I was 11 when I first heard about her, now 17, you can do the math). Everything has a start, mine was Bad Romance music video, from there I back tracked a little while excitedly waiting for Telephone. Over the years, I released that how as I grew older I understood more about Gaga being artist not a hit-maker. Back then, Bad Romance was the most watched video, she is the most liked on Facebook, most followed on Twitter and on a tour which will go down in history to be one of the highest grossing tour by a female artist. What I am trying to say is that validating her success is very easy. That was around the year 2010. 2011 is yet another year for her but I won't go in details. Well those few years being her fan was just about proving to others she is the best. What changes the most is when ARTPOP is being released, sure the critics have their say and people can judge the success of her album by comparison. I had to say it is an important album as I'm stepping into another phrase of life learning all about being an art manger. Many reasons why I love art but she was one of few primary reasons. Gaga was alone in it, nothing to back on ARTPOP being an success. It is parallel to my life, I trip and fall but all I can do is to pick myself up and just continue. No one would give a helping hand, I don't blame them as is my life. After years of validating Gaga with the success she earned, we suddenly left with nothing. More so nothing to be proud of Gaga. That was a mindset I had but then as she picks herself up with the next album Cheek To Cheek. It came as a revelation that she has everything, not success but the talent and hardworking mindset. That's is all she needed. Follower of twitter account like @PopCultureShady @musicnews_shade and @musicnews_facts. I love the facts but when put down gaga (or rather just stating the fact) what should we do? Reply "Shut the hell up"? What I had done is that I celebrate others success while knowing that my favorite is my fave not because of her success but her talent and her lovely attitude towards her fans. I'm writing this to show that growing up with Gaga has been one great part of my life, I learnt so much just by looking at her from far.
Phoenix 17,395
I think about that a lot, esspecially lately. Like it's been around 7 years since she appeared and I noticed her and became a fan, I was around 15 or so, it feels like yesterday, like some of the really important years in my life I spent with her affecting me, she did have a big effect on me tbh, and I really have no idea how would I look or feel or be right now if she never existed 💎
Bio 23,538
I was 16 when Just Dance first came out so it wasn't like I grew up with her or anything. But still she made a really deep impact in my life. She really changed the way I viewed myself and everything and everyone around me. It's really cool how Gaga impacts so many lives. People joke about her saying that Born This Way would be the album of the generation but it really was. The generation that was tired of hiding who they truly were and wanted to do something about it. A lot has changed in the past few years in regards to LGBT kids and a big portion of that is thanks to her.
Coop 15,354
I started liking her when I first heard Paparazzi. And when I saw the video, I became an obsessed stan.

Clip 5,100
It's so nice to look back and remeber all your school books and journals full of Gaga related sketches (I was in highschool when I became a fan), and think "In 2009 I would never imagine she could make a jazz record", remember myself keeping secret my Gaga obsession for the first year (I was ashamed and now I can't understand why)... It's great
